The event, from 10 am till 3pm is organised by members of the Green Alliance, a loose network of individuals committed to sustainable development and community transformation.

This Aid Gaza Souq builds on the success of a similar market held in January, which raised over JD5,500 for emergency medical support to the people of Gaza. The funds enabled Follow the Women (a partner of green Alliance) to assemble and transport more that 500 home-use first aid kits to families in Gaza. These have now been received and distributed – and the Follow the Women team will be at the Aid Gaza Souq on February 21st to talk about their achievement.
