In Amman’s events picks this week, 7iber recommends a musical night of Oriental Jazz, by the multinational band «Lebiderya». The band presents their music as the place where two worlds meet or «on the edge of the ocean».

Johannes Stange on trumpet, flugelhorn, Stefan Baumann on saxophone, bass clarinet, Salah Eddin Maraqa on qanun and Joss Turnbull on percussion will merge their musical backgrounds into Oriental Jazz influenced by chamber music and folklore.

We encourage you to enjoy two nights of the fusion of Jazz and oriental music, along with multi-cultured musicians. At Al Balad Theatre (Monday, Tuesday 7:30). Tickets available for 3 JDs at Karasi and at the door
