في جلسة يوم أمس رفع مجلس النواب عدد أعضاء مجلس امانة عمان الذين يتم انتخابهم إلى ثلثي أعضاء المجلس بدلاً من النصف، حيث كان يتم تعيين النصف وانتخاب النصف الآخر، إلا أنه رفض انتخاب أمين عمان بدلا من تعيينه، إذ لم يصوت لصالح الانتخاب سوى ١٣ نائبا من أصل ٧٠ حضروا الجلسة.
