Events in Amman, March 21 – 27

الأحد 21 آذار 2010

This week brings an unusual dose of interesting talks and lectures; on politics, art, neuroscience, and more. You also have lots of great live music from Jordan’s local bands – with Sign of Thyme, Autostrad, Bayt Al-Ruwwad, Chapter 11, and Aziz Maraka’s jazz group all performing different gigs around town this week.

Then there’s a night of stand up comedy at the Palace of Culture for lebanese comedian Nemr Abu Nassar on Friday, and on Saturday the Amman International Theater Festival kicks off, bringing us ten days of theater, poetry and music from around the world. We’ll get you more details on the full schedule soon.
